Privacy Policy

The short version: We collect the name and language you enter, the audio of your calls (which we record), and basic technical data. Your call audio is processed by Google's AI to power the AI companion and live translation, and is stored on Cloudflare. We don't sell your data. You can ask us to delete your recordings.

This Privacy Policy explains how Zerobillion ("ConvosAI", "we", "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the ConvosAI website and voice-calling service (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to this Policy and to our Terms of Service.

To power the AI companion and the live transcription/translation features, audio and text from your calls are sent to and processed by Google via its Gemini AI APIs. We host the Service and store recordings on Cloudflare infrastructure. These providers act as our processors and handle your data under their own terms and security commitments. We do not permit them to use your call content to train their models other than as needed to provide the service to us. A current list of our key processors:

5. Call recording

Calls on the Service are recorded and stored, including the audio of every participant. We use recordings to keep the community safe (investigating abuse and reports), to operate and improve the Service, and to comply with law. When you start a call you are notified that calls may be recorded, and you consent to this recording. Because recording laws vary by location, you are responsible for ensuring your use of the Service is lawful where you are.

6. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only: (a) with the processors listed above who help us run the Service; (b) when required by law, subpoena, or other legal process; (c) to protect the rights, property, or safety of ConvosAI, our users, or the public, including investigating fraud or abuse; and (d) in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.

We retain call recordings and associated metadata for as long as needed for the purposes described in this Policy — typically a limited period for safety and quality review — after which they are deleted or anonymized, unless a longer retention period is required by law or to resolve an active dispute or safety investigation. You may request deletion of your recordings at any time (see "Your rights").

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal information, to object to certain processing, and to data portability. Residents of the EEA/UK (GDPR) and California (CCPA/CPRA), among others, have such rights, including the right not to have personal information sold (we do not sell it). To exercise any right, email privacy@zerobillion.ai. We will respond as required by applicable law. Because calls are largely anonymous, we may ask for information to help us locate the recordings associated with your request.

9. International data transfers

We and our processors may store and process your information in countries other than where you live, including the United States. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) for international transfers.

10. Children

The Service is for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have collected information from a minor, we will delete it. If you believe a minor is using the Service, contact privacy@zerobillion.ai.

11. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit and access controls on stored recordings. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

12. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
