These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Zerobillion ("ConvosAI", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of the ConvosAI website and voice-calling service (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. The Service connects you with strangers and is not intended for minors. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older, that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms, and that your use does not violate any law in your jurisdiction.
ConvosAI matches you with another person at random for a live voice conversation. When no other person is available, you may instead be connected to an artificial intelligence (AI) companion. The Service also provides automated, machine-generated translation captions when participants speak different languages. The Service is provided for casual, social, and entertainment purposes.
You may be connected to an AI rather than a human, and we may not separately flag this within an individual call. AI responses are generated automatically, may be inaccurate, inappropriate, or nonsensical, and do not represent the views of ConvosAI. Do not rely on the AI for advice (medical, legal, financial, or otherwise). You must not attempt to manipulate the AI into producing harmful, illegal, or abusive content.
For safety, moderation, quality, and product-improvement purposes, calls on the Service are recorded and stored, including the audio of all participants. By using the Service you consent to being recorded, and you acknowledge that the person you are speaking with is also being recorded. Translation captions are produced by automated systems and may contain errors; do not rely on them for any important, sensitive, or high-stakes communication. We may monitor, review, and moderate activity on the Service. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for conduct we believe violates these Terms or harms other users or the Service. We may preserve and disclose recordings and other information where we believe in good faith it is necessary to comply with the law, enforce these Terms, or protect the safety of any person.
The Service, including its software, design, text, and branding, is owned by Zerobillion and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. You retain ownership of what you say; by using the Service you grant us a license to process, store, and use call recordings as described in the Privacy Policy.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy of translations, or that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We do not screen, verify, or conduct background checks on other users. You interact with strangers at your own risk and are solely responsible for your interactions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zerobillion and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the Service, or the conduct of any other user. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zerobillion from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another person or entity.
We may modify or discontinue the Service, and we may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to their jurisdiction, except where prohibited by applicable local law.
