1. The agreement

These terms are a contract between you and Zero Billion, Inc. about the Yapper app. By creating an account you accept them and the Privacy Policy.

2. Who can use Yapper

• You must be 18 or older and able to enter a contract.
• One account per person. The profile answers you give must be true.
• You may only record your own voice.

3. How you earn

• Paid activities and their rates are shown in the app. Rates, daily limits, and available jobs can change at any time, and new rates apply to future activity.
• You are paid only for verified, natural human speech. Every call and recording is reviewed, including by automated AI systems. Silence, muted time, background playback, text to speech, cloned or synthetic voices, reading that does not match the script, and any attempt to game the system are not paid.
• Earnings shown during a call are provisional. If a review finds that a call or recording does not qualify, we may remove those earnings from your balance.
• Yapper is not employment. You are responsible for any taxes on what you earn.

4. Cashing out

• You can withdraw once your balance reaches the minimum shown in the app. Payouts are delivered by our payout partner, Tremendous, which lets you choose from the payout options available in your country.
• We may hold or review a withdrawal to prevent fraud. If a payout fails, the amount returns to your balance.
• Balances have no cash value outside the app and cannot be transferred. If you delete your account, any balance you have not withdrawn is forfeited.

5. License to your recordings

In exchange for payment, you grant Zero Billion, Inc. a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, non exclusive, royalty free, transferable license, with the right to sublicense through multiple tiers, to store, copy, transcribe, label, modify, and use your recordings and related labels, and to license them to third parties, for developing, training, evaluating, and improving speech and AI technology, including speech recognition and voice synthesis.

We will not use your recordings to create a commercial voice replica that is marketed as you or under your name.

You can stop using Yapper at any time. Withdrawal applies going forward: recordings already included in datasets delivered to licensees remain licensed.

6. Rules

• Do not share private, confidential, or sensitive information about yourself or anyone else on a call.
• No harassment, hate, threats, sexual content, or illegal activity.
• Do not record anyone who has not agreed to these terms in the app.
• Do not use bots, scripts, emulators, synthetic audio, or multiple accounts.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules and withhold earnings gained by breaking them.

7. The app

Yapper is provided as is. We may change or discontinue features. To the fullest extent the law allows, Zero Billion, Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you earned in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without affecting consumer rights you have under the law of the country where you live.

9. Changes

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will show the new version in the app before it applies to you.
